Another year is nearing its end, and we at MATRIC are proud to have furthered and strengthened our business in 2014. Everyday we work to accelerate innovation for our customers, and we do so while continually improving the safe and fun work environment we offer our employees.
We’re not only excited about what we have accomplished this year, but also how we continue to thrive in and continue to support the economy of West Virginia. While this year we engaged in business on four continents, we’re proud to call West Virginia home for more than 10 years. It was not a year without challenge, but it was a year that allowed us to once again advance innovation for our customers and deliver on our promise to solve the most difficult science, technology, engineering and environmental problems of business and society that we are able to access. As always, we will dutifully withhold the names of our customers, and their technologies, as our ability to maintain confidentiality is a significant element to our license to operate!
We look forward to 2015 with much anticipation and excitement, as it is a year that offers great promise and continuing diversification of our customer base. While our customers remain at the center of thinking, our employees remain our most valued asset. The intellectual prowess that exists within our team is difficult to match, and when combined with our uncommon infrastructure…MATRIC is difficult to replicate. Our uncommon expertise is recognized by many in the industry, including the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the world’s leading organization for chemical engineers, which asked four MATRICians to present at their annual forum in November.
Simply stated, and thanks to our team’s great work and business development, we anticipate that 2015 will be our best year ever. As Thomas Jefferson taught us, “Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.” Without a doubt, MATRICians have the right mental attitude, and the company’s leadership team is grateful for each of our teammates and their contributions.
We look forward to keeping you up to date on MATRIC activities throughout 2015!
